Due to the charitable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, unless there are defects or damage. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do accept exchanges for different sizes, however that is subject to availability.
